WARRANTY

VARIUS is entirely committed to ensuring uncompromising sales and after-sales service and support. We want you to purchase from us with confidence and being completely satisfied with your purchase. We rigorously test all of our watches to assure our brand's accuracy and longevity.

  • All VARIUS watches include a 5 year international warranty against any manufacturing defects from the original date of purchase.

  • The warranty guarantees the buyer that our watches meet the standards for usability, reliability and durability.

  • Water resistance is guaranteed for a period of 2 years from the original purchase date.

  • All automatic movements are guaranteed for a period of 2 years from the original date of purchase to an accuracy of 1-12 seconds per day​

*All VARIUS watches are tested for accuracy and water resistance before shipping.

*Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged. 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The buyer must purchase the watch from the VARIUS Watch Company website (www.variuswatches.com) or from an authorized dealer. The International Warranty Card must also be stamped by VARIUS or an authorized dealer.

  2. The VARIUS International Warranty Card (warranty is transferable providing all conditions are met) must be in it's original form (photocopies are invalid and not accepted).

  3. Merchandise must be received by VARIUS with 30 days after a request email has been received.

  4. Any watch strap or bracelet must be unworn, unaltered and undamaged and with the plastic wrap still on the bracelet and / or buckle.

  5. Merchandise needs to be returned with original packaging including warranty card, user manual and extra links.

  6. For any warranty repairs, refunds or exchanges, please return the merchandise by some traceable method such as UPS, DHL, FedEx or US Postal Service with a Return Receipt. We recommend tracking your return with your carrier of choice when making your return to ensure we have received your package. VARIUS Watch Co. LLC is NOT responsible for lost merchandise that may occur during shipping. You will be asked to provide Proof of Delivery should the shipment not be received by VARIUS Watch Co. LLC. 

  7. All shipping costs incurred in presenting a watch or watch strap for return or a warranty claim (including postage, insurance, custom charges and packing materials) are the responsibility of the buyer.​

  8. If the watch cannot be repaired, the watch will be replaced at no charge to the buyer.

  9. If the watch cannot be repaired and is no longer in stock for replacement, a VARIUS watch of equal value will be provided upon the buyers approval. The buyer must pay the cost difference or accept a store credit if they are accepting a more expensive watch.

  10. VARIUS Watch Co. reserves the right to modify and amend this policy at any time and at our sole discretion. Please consult this statement regularly.

ISSUES NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY

  1. Theft, loss, dropped or damaged in any way (scratches and dents etc.) ​

  2. Damage to metal bracelets and or watch case (scratches and dents etc.)

  3. Opening of the watch case back, adjustment to the movement, modification or unauthorized repair. All repairs must be performed by VARIUS Watch Company or an authorized dealer.

  4. Water infiltration or damage to the watch due to failure to screw-down the crown or exceeding the rated water resistance. If the buyer sends back a watch because of water infiltration the watch will be tested for it's water resistance by VARIUS Watch Company. If the watch passes the test with the crown properly closed, your warranty will automatically be voided. Any further service will be at the expense of the buyer. After the authorized service center provides all necessary service, the warranty covering your watch will be reinstated for the remainder of time remaining.

  5. Any sapphire/mineral crystal damage.

  6. Any magnetisation of the watch movement.

  7. Routine maintenence and cleaning.

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will confirm that the returned item satisfies the conditions of the warranty​ and return policy, we will process and issue your full refund to the original form of payment within 15 days of receiving your returned item.
